For publicans
Three surfaces, one account: the Portal in your pocket, an ops tablet behind the bar, and a display screen for customers. Sign in with the email address your pub account uses.
Publican Portal
Your dashboard, as an app. Hours, kitchen, menu, events and offers, changed from your phone. Same account as on the web.
iPhone, iPad, Android and computers
Bar & Kitchen Ops
A tablet behind the bar. Staff flip tonight’s kitchen, drinks and menu without your account, and nothing else in the Portal opens from it.
Tablets and computers
On the tablet, tap Register a tablet: it shows a short code. On your own phone, scan that code, or tap Approve a tablet and type it under Pub Details, Tablets. Only approving needs your account — the tablet never signs in as you.
In-Pub Display
Your what’s-on board for a screen in the bar. You choose what it shows from the Portal; the screen itself only ever opens a link.
TVs, tablets and computers
Open this on the screen itself and pick your pub — no account, no sign-in, the board is a public page. To choose what it shows, open In-Pub Display in your Portal.

Android app on Google Play
Until then, clockapub installs on Android straight from the browser.
iPhone and iPad app on the App Store
Until then, clockapub adds to your Home Screen from Safari.
How installing works
- iPhone and iPad
- Open the app’s page in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
- Android
- Tap Install when your browser offers it, or open the browser menu and choose Install app.
- Computer
- In Chrome or Edge, use the install icon at the end of the address bar.
